www.doppelit.com is a wholly owned by The Doppelit Company, a division of Wentworth Publishing, Inc., a Nevada regular corporation, (“Doppelit”). Doppelit is a publisher/provider of books, e-books, teleseminars and other forms and media of reading via Internet infrastructure services, whose mission is to remain the trusted neutral party that the public has come to rely upon. Doppelit is sensitive to the privacy concerns of those that we serve and therefore, we have developed state-of-the art privacy programs to ensure the security and protection of the data that we collect through the provision of our state of the art publishing services.
Because Doppelit gathers certain types of information about the users who visit the doppelit.com Web site located at http://www.doppelit.com, and The Doppelit Train, we believe you should fully understand the terms and conditions surrounding the use of the information we collect. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for Doppelit. In short: We do not give, rent or otherwise make available your email address, physical address or any other private information about you that you provide us, to anyone at any time, under any circumstances unless demanded to do so by order of applicable and appropriately executed Law or as outlined below. 1. Information Doppelit Collects
You are free to visit doppelit.com without identifying yourself; however, if you would like more information regarding our products and services, or purchases, you may be first required to register with Doppelit. 2. What Doppelit does with the information it collects.

Doppelit may use aggregated information to determine the demographics of our users and to distribute statistics and general marketplace information about Doppelit. 3. What is a cookie?

Doppelit reserves the right to send users email related to business practices and systems operations, such as outage notifications and quota warnings, even if the user has opted out of promotional mailings.
5. Provision of Unsolicited Information
A. Doppelit appreciates your feedback and suggestions. Our goal is to provide all our customers with high quality products, inspiration, entertainment and services. Doppelit’s ability to freely evaluate and, if appropriate, implement ideas and information improves the online experience for all users. Therefore, any information, feedback, data, questions, comments, suggestions, or any other material not related to 5.A herein, submitted to Doppelit, whether solicited or unsolicited, regarding its software, Web site or technology shall be deemed non-confidential. By providing any such material, you hereby grant Doppelit an unrestricted, irrevocable, royalty-free and perpetual right to freely, reproduce, use, disclose, modify, perform, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute and display any such information you send Doppelit, without limitation, for any and all commercial and non-commercial purposes. Doppelit is free to use any ideas, concepts or techniques contained in this response for any purpose whatsoever including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing, and marketing products incorporating such ideas, concepts or techniques.
B. Notwithstanding the above paragraph 5.A., any written, (i.e. physical or electronic), documents that are meant to be copyrighted, evaluated, published, promoted or otherwise handled by Doppelit as a publisher, such and all items shall remain confidential and any action taken shall either be rejection with return of said items to sender, publish if contracted by sender and Doppelit, or any other legal arrangement agreed upon between sender and Doppelit.
6. Doppelit Privacy Statement Changes
If Doppelit changes this privacy statement, we will immediately post those changes at http://www.doppelit.com/Privacy Statement so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information, and whether we will disclose it to anyone. By using the Doppelit’s services, you signify your assent to the Doppelit Privacy Statement. If you do not agree to this statement, please do not use the Doppelit Web site or its Services. Your continued use of the Doppelit service following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes.
